SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

The 1600 Communications Foundation Scholarship Program was established by Colonel McNally, the first commander of the White House Communications Agency, at the time he started the 1600 Communications Association. Over the course of many years, thousands of dollars in scholarships have been awarded to Association members, their children, and grandchildren. Our commitment to help our members and their families achieve their educational goals continues today. The program today recognizes students who have excelled academically as well as members of their community.
